Yes. Add each video separately to your cart and fill in the details for each. Each video is created individually.

The video looks and feels like a real episode of the show — full HD animation with the character speaking your child's name and age, plus your personal message.

What format is the video and how do I watch it?

You receive a download link by email. The file is a Full HD MP4 that plays on phone, tablet, laptop, or smart TV.

No. We also offer Christmas videos, Valentine's Day videos, and 'just because' videos for any occasion.

No. Select Rush delivery (24h) on the product page and your video will be prioritized and delivered within 24 hours.

What if the name is mispronounced?

Email support@pluscup.com and we will fix it for free. Use the Pronunciation field when ordering to avoid this — for example: Sofia = So-fee-ah, Ava = Ay-vah.

Do I have to add a photo?

Accepted Answer

No, it is optional. Adding a photo is recommended for children under 5 — seeing their own face held by their favorite character creates a much bigger reaction.

Is my child's photo safe and private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Any photo is used only to create your video and is permanently deleted within 3 days of delivery. We never post or share without explicit written permission.

Because every video is custom-made we do not offer refunds after delivery, but if there is any error on our side we fix or remake it at no cost.
