Digital Products (Custom Videos)
Because our Bluey birthday videos are custom-made and personalized with your child’s name and details, all sales are final. Once the video has been created and delivered, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
However, if you experience any issue with your video, such as an error in the personalization, file delivery problem, or incorrect details due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your video, and we will gladly correct the issue or resend the file at no extra cost.
Physical Products (if applicable)
If your order includes physical items, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return or Report an Issue
Please contact us at pluscup.inc@gmail.com, with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting photos or files if applicable. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
